How can I see the full ad of something I've bought?
hello - sorry if this is a stupid question.
i just bought a lot and want to see the original ad again to review the pictures. I can view my receipt and in that page is shows shipment tracking information and the listing headline with a hyperlink. If I click on that, the ad flashes on the screen for a second then I'm taking to the home page with a banner that says congrats I won the lot with a link for order details....and if I click on order details it takes me to the receipt page.
I've tried mouse buttoning on it, viewing in a different browers, etc but nothing seems to work.

In your purchase history if you click on the item title, it should take you to the original listing you bought from.
That may also open a page with many similar items displayed above the listing you bought from, so you have to scroll down before you can find it.
If the item is one that had many available from many sellers, when you click on the title, on the page that opens there can be a lot of listings for the same item displayed. However above them there should be a thin banner that has a photo of what you bought. Click on the photo to be taken to the listing you bought from.
In looking at your feedback profile I see you haven't left many feedback for purchases. If you click on your feedback number (24) that will open your feedback profile look on the list of feedback you have received, and if the seller's username shows up below the;
"Detailed item information is not available for the following items because the feedback is over 90 days old".
The photos and other detailed information will not be available, because ebay only saves the info for 90 days after a listing is bought, unless it was a multiple quantity available listing that still has not sold out.

·2 years agoIt's not a stupid question. After you click on the order in your purchase history it takes you to the next page that says you bought this item. You just need to scroll down that page to see the original listing.

·2 years ago@jeffk03 At the top of your screen, look for My eBay. On that drop down menu scroll to purchase history. Select the item you are looking for and you will see the option to view original listing. You can then see what was originally shown including all of the photos. Best of luck to you....

·2 years agoYou should be able to click on the item in your purchase history, that will take you to the original listing with all photos and description.
