How can I get through to Ebay to ask them to step in?
Seller did not ship item, did not give refund, did not reply to emails. It is over a month ago. "See request details" is not an option on the purchases screen. I cannot get through to Ebay.
How to ask us to step in
- Find the item in your Purchases.
- Select See request details (if your item didn't arrive) or See return details (if you're trying to return an item).
- Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
- Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.

·2 years agoIf you are still within 21 business days of opening your "item not received" case you should be able to ask eBay to step in.

·2 years agoThe item that was purchased by you will show estimated date of delivery by eBay. So as an example if item was estimated to be in your hands on August 25....it would be too early to ask for a refund with or without tracking. Need to check item purchased and when it is suppose to be delivered. Not everyone uses tracking.
