How Are Refunds Handled If the Original Credit Card Is No Longer Active?

Hi all,Regarding an order, I paid using a Visa credit card ending in XXX9. That card has since been replaced by my bank with a different card number.The item was defective so I will send it back. Once I ship the item and the refund is processed, how can I provide the updated card details to receive the refund?

In my experience when this happens the old balance, payments and refunds are transferred to the new account number.

Usually the first 8 numbers on the 2 cards are the same, and only the last 8 are different

Hi @vicvicvark If your new card is with the same bank as your old one, your refund should go to to your new account automatically. You can check with your bank to verify that.
