HOSPITCAL EMAIL SCAM

Ebay has not helped me. I purchased an item that wasnt delivered to my house. I have a email from UPS customer service stating it did not show up to my house with the correct zip code but ebay wont respond to me. Will not connect me with a service rep. Really debating on not using ebay at all.

@rudy_sandoval i don't know what 'hospitcal' means, but why don't you open an item not received case?
