1) Because you've just posted! 2) I'd consider Rolex watches to be high risk. 3) Sorry I'm late to the party. 4) You're welcome.

A seller can get scammed on any item they sell, so maybe every category is a 'high risk category'.

·11 months agoThe riskiest item to sell an eBay is the one that you don’t have in your possession. A close second would be beanie babies.

·11 months agoBut then again most beanie babies don’t sell so where’s the risk, really? 😂

·11 months agoWhat ... you don't want one? I heard they made trillions of these things, so someone must like them.

·11 months agoHi -- this is your 1st post here. What should we have responded to?

·11 months agoHigh risk categories are the categories that appeal to thieves and grifters, who will cheat you out of your merchandise which they can quickly and easily turn into cash. The greater the demand for the merchandise, the greater the risk of being cheated.

As a seller in Sri Lanka, you might have a difficult time getting permission to list high risk items.

Who are you talking to?
eBay is not here; this is a user forum.
This appears to be your first post to the community using this account, so if you want to ask a question, you will have to provide some context if you expect an answer.

·11 months agoIt's pretty simple actually - OP would like to see the high risk category!
And, eBay Is here and watching us .... they own this place.

·11 months agoebay PROVIDES this place. They are NOT here. They have hired a company (Khoros- as seen at the bottom of this thread) to monitor this place.

·11 months agoThey ARE here .. all you have to do is click on the forum logo and it takes you right to the eBay site. So, in order to get any help on forum issues, you need to put up with eBay's faulty help system.
C'mon, you don't really believe their staff/bots never visit this site.

·11 months agoNobody will quibble about whether eBay is capable of reading Community posts.
We remind OPs that this is a member-to-member forum so that they don’t expect any response from eBay as a result of what they say here. This is NOT the appropriate way to reach eBay.

·11 months agoRight about not getting response from eBay for a problem posted here.

·11 months agoFor most issues encountered on eBay, either by buyers or sellers, there is a way to resolve the issue that does not involve any actual communication with an eBay employee.
A good start (for buyers) is to read the Money Back Guarantee. And it wouldn't hurt sellers to get familiar with it also.

·11 months agoNo one is claiming that no one employed by eBay ever visits this site. What we're saying is that these Boards are mainly covered by fellow eBay buyers and sellers with an occasional visit from a Khoros employee.
