Helping to rehab a restricted foreign seller
Does anyone know how to provide an update in the system for prior problems? Due to customs, something I bought from eastern Europe took a long time to arrive. However, it did eventually arrive. None of it was the seller's fault. Is there any way to let ebay know he was honest?
