Help! seller no longer registered and item no longer available .
HI,
I'm freaking out now. I bought a camera and the original listing where the item is located is in Brazil and got a tracking number in VA, USA. Today I check and the listing is no longer available and the user is no longer registered. Did I just got scammed? Will I get my item and will I get my money back if this is a scam?

·3 years agoFirst, as others have suggested, calm down. ebay has a proceedure for you to file a claim through a case when ur purchase does not arrive. I have had sellers ghost on me as well. Depending upon the seller, it either has or has not shown up. However, in all cases, ebay does cover the purchase as long as you follow ebays guidelines & do not deviate. Contact an agent, usually I find the chat with an agent option helpful, and explain it from there. You will likely either be directed to open a case or the gent may even open the case for you.

·3 years agoYou'll be refunded, no need to freak out. Contact ebay, you are covered by ebay's MBG. If you contact your credit card too it will void ebay's protection. Only dispute it with your credit card as a last resort if all else fails.

·3 years agoThis is not always the case. Has the item been picked up by the carrier? If not contact ebay support and they will get you a refund.

·3 years agoContact ebay support and you'll get a refund. I've been through this before and they are the only ones that can help you outside of your credit card company.
