I pre‑ordered this item on April 18, but the seller has not responded to any of my messages and the item still hasn’t shipped. At this point I believe the order may be fraudulent. I want to cancel the order and get a refund, but eBay is not allowing me to cancel it. How can I cancel this order or receive a refund for an item that never arrived?

What is the estimated delivery date?
Nothing you can do until a day after that date.

·4 months agoIf the last estimated delivery date was April 27th, you had 30 days after that date to file an INR and looks like you missed it by a few days.
Contact your payment source and see if they can help.

·4 months agoIt's never been shipped dude, can you not read? You waited too long and missed the deadline to open a INR case. Why would you just throw away that much money and not care? If they did not ship it after a week you should have opened the case. You aren't getting a refund.
