Help!! How do I contact eBay?! Like an actual person?!

I bought 4 glasses 2 months ago. One glass arrived broken. The seller kept saying she would send a replacement and never did. I reached out one last time and she says she did send it and that I signed for it. I requested the tracking number and she said she was reporting me?!! Then I started a return and she denied it. I want my money back and for this terrible seller to learn how to package glass properly so no one else goes through this! I’ve tried everything to report to eBay and can’t get any response. HELP!

·4 months agoYou've been strung along, and it's too late to get any help from eBay at this point. The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee would have covered you to open a return request at the seller's expense, but it's a hard time limit.
You can reach out to your credit card provider if you paid by card, or PayPal or your bank potentially if you paid that way.
