HELP!!!
Summary: pemcmi-22 purchased two items from a seller but did not receive them despite receiving delivery alerts. I bought 2 of the same items from the Seller on 2 different days. I got an alert that they both were delivered but they never came. I messaged the Seller and he said he'd refund me. I got my Discover bill yesterday but he refunded me on 1 of them, not both. Since then I've messaged him 5 times with no response. I tried to take care of this situation online earlier but I haven't been able to do it. I just want the second refund I'm entitled to. In addition to that, I don't like the way the Seller is handling this-no response to my messages.

·2 weeks agoIf it's been less than 30 days since tracking showed delivered open a return case for missing parts or pieces. If you get a return label you can return an empty envelope, which is what you received. That's the only way to force a refund.
You also might want to do a little legwork to find out what happened to the packages. Your PO can access the GPS data to determine exactly where they were delivered and where they were addressed to. If they weren't delivered where they were addressed the misdelivery is on USPS. You should let the seller know in that case, so they can pursue it with USPS. Face it, the seller also got screwed.

OP2 weeks agoThanks for your response but please read above. I found out too late that the 2 packages were never sent in the first place. When I got the Delivered alert after not getting anything, I contacted the Seller and he told me they'd been out so I was never sent anything in the first place. I was never told that they were out of the product. I had to contact him and that's when I was told that and he said he'd refund me. As mentioned, he refunded me on one but not the other. I paid for something I never even got, so I feel I should be refunded for both, whether it says Delivered or not, which it/they weren't.

·2 weeks agoSorry, but nowhere does your original post say the packages were never sent. And it would be impossible for packages that were never sent to have a delivery scan. In any event, since they do have delivery scans your only options are to open a return case with eBay or open a dispute with your payment source.

·2 weeks agoHello First of all you made a mistake but it seems you are more angry at the seller than you should be. First off when items have been delivered but you have not received them you should check with your mail person specifically and the branch office as well. They are the ones that are responsible for the delivery confirmation. The seller was more than gracious to refund you for one (eBay would not have made him refund you since they were both marked as delivered) so the seller has done more than his fair share. You must do some of the footwork yourself and report the crime of theft to local authorities and give the seller a thank you. I'm sure they feel you at this point are asking too much for a mistake you admittedly made. I hope you find your items or at the least report the theft and Thank the seller for refunding at least one item. If you should locate them I would hope you would repay the seller! Kind Regards

OP2 weeks agoTo tell you the truth, I have no idea what mistake I made. The items were NOT delivered. I'd contacted the Seller and after checking Tracking to see where the items were along the way and checking Delivered, he told me that they'd been out in the first place but I wasn't told that. Again, there was no local crime since they weren't even sent to me in the first place. I feel I should be refunded for both since I paid for them but never got them although it say Delivered but never sent. That was dishonesty on his/her part.

·2 weeks agoSorry chemo brain misread first sentence I thought you bought 2 by mistake you just in fact purchased 2. I stand corrected my bad.
Did the seller ship through ebay? What tracking number are you looking at? The only way to check a tracking number is that ups/ fed ex etc provided one. If so and the post office tracking shows item delivered the seller has fulfilled their obligation as per eBay. And someone must have taken them or delivered to wrong house?!?! That is what the post office would have to investigate. I really am trying to help not be argumentative. Kind Regards

I feel your pain. I'm also doing chemo now. A few days ago my cat Sprig wandered through the living room. I called out a friendly "hey, Sharply!" Sharply was our cocker spaniel when I was a kid, so I didn't even get the species right. The struggle is real.

'fantastic fungi" Please watch and decide if it might help you. Oncologist and chemo knew I was taking and it did not interfere. I feel they are an important part of beating this. I watch a lot of comedy as well every chance for a laugh!! Also pick a power pose for every time things improve get better. I power pose my way through baptist all the time LOL sure I get stares but I feel powerful and I need that. Take Care!!
