Hello i am in need of help and can't get anyone on the phone from ebay for an order that is a scam and i keep getting turned around by the help links on ebay

go to your CC and file a charge back there.
eBay doesnt have an easy way per policy to get a refund from scammers that do this.

OP11 months agoHello I ordered the DJ controller that did not come what was delivered did not have my address on it it did not come to my address and it was a small package no way could have been my DJ controller the post office said they couldn't give me the package because the name on it wasn't mine so I guess it was a bogus tracking number thanks for any help you can give

Phone the Fraud Department of your credit card company … and explain that you’re a victim of the ‘False tracking number scam’. Request a chargeback.
eBay is not yet equipped to deal with this scam efficiently. You will undergo much wasted time and frustration by trying to get refunded through eBay.

A false tracking number cannot show delivery, because it is a false number. Only real tracking numbers have tracking.

"Fake tracking Scam" is the name commonly used for this problem. Indeed real tracking numbers are used to send a box of rubber bands to an address of the local CVS or gas station in the buyer's Zip Code, which is enough to convince the eBay Bots that the victim indeed got the new laptop computer they ordered. Claiming "Item Not Received" is going to be an instant FAIL no matter where the victim files. It is FRAUD/Fake Tracking Scam. eBay's only choice for victims is "item not Received" (INR) which will be a giant fail.
eBay knows all about this, so does PayPal, the carriers, and the credit card industry. Not outlining that the problem is FRAUD/Fake tracking scam will get the victim no where.

·11 months agoThis is quite ambiguous - without knowing more, I'd recommend simply cancelling the order and reporting the buyer to ebay, and perhaps adding them to your blocked buyer list.
If that doesn't apply to this situation, then perhaps try explaining the issue better.
