·5 months ago1. In the listing where you made your purchase, you saw an estimated delivery date. If your item has not arrived by that date, and there's no tracking showing movement, per the Money Back Guarantee, you can open an item not received case with eBay the day after that date.
2. If/when the item arrives, and it's not as described, per the eBay Money Back Guarantee, you can open an item not as described case with eBay.
3. You probably should read the MBG if you've not done so.

EBay's Money Back Guarantee offers protections if the club doesn't arrive by the day after the last estimated delivery date or arrives and is not as described.

OP5 months agoThey seller said it has a tracking number but it’s not been shipped yet. I purchased it over 8 days ago! I’m more upset that it’s coming from China and not an original
