giving feedback to buyers and sellers -can't find where to give

I've gone to the listing I purchased and was delivered today. I want to give feedback but can't locate where it is. Also want to give buyers feedback but can't find it again. I have seen it before. Can someone tell me how to navigate to these two locations on the website?

Another way you can find where to leave feedback, is to click on your own feedback number which takes you to your feedback profile page. Below the feedback you've received is a list of options.

If you click on Leave feedback a list of all items awaiting feedback will open.

Find the purchase in your Purchase History. Leave Feedback is on the drop down menu.

Find the sale in your selling history. Same story.
