Gift Card issue
I purchased a Ebay gift card from Walgreens and accidentally scratched off the pin code. The store syas they cannot replace or refund. I cannot find any way to contact Ebay customer service or chat with an agent. I would like to receive a new code or help with the missing code numbers.
