I ordered a Ralph Lauren scarf and it arrived full of defects. I tried to initiate a return but the order would not come up in my account. This is the only thing in writing I have:

Just go here and click RETURN THIS ITEM to start a return request for the ARRIVED DAMAGED reason.

Add two lines of comment, upload a photo, then click Submit. Don't try to contact the ghost seller @hadlot4 again, and wait instead.

If you don't get a refund or a prepaid return label, after 3 business days (on Friday next week) come back to click Ask eBay to step up. Then eBay will either issue a refund, or a return label.
