Get in touch with ebay
I purchased a fan from a seller. I asked for the seller to cancel the order because he was going to be away too long. did not catch that otherwise I wouldn't of bothered. I then get an email from the seller saying the fan was lost in the mail and he was going to give me a refund. No refund as of yet then gives me a tracking number I track the package and it was delivered to someone in Tempe Arizona I live in NY. Emailed the seller a few days ago no answer. I'm trying to get in touch with ebay but I am unable to because the tracking states delivered. Ebay in my opinion is doing everything possible to avoid buyers that have complaints and need action taken. I'm done with ebay once I get my situation corrected. What the heck happened to quality customer service!!

·3 years agoThere's no need to contact eBay. I'm a bit bumfuzzled that you've been a member for 18 years and apparently never heard of the Money Back Guarantee that's literally linked on every listing. EBay requires tracking showing the item delivered to your zip code. So all you have to do is wait until the day after the last estimated delivery date then go to the item in your purchase history and select 'I didn't receive it' under More actions. The entire process is completely automated.

·3 years agoHave you opened an Item Not Received case?
You'll probably have to contact them and have them look at the tracking, showing it was delivered to a different state.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
You can request to have CS call you back at the address below.
