Garbage support
What the actual heck, ppl? Some dirtbag sells me something, then tries to change details, I don’t allow it. So they “refund†it, but they actually don’t refund it. They also “cancelled†the order blaming my address but that was not the cancellation reason at all. So I leave negative feedback and now my refund has been cancelled? Zero support because clicking purchases and following the eBay app links will not allow me to contest or report anything because of the strange transaction. eBay offering absolutely NO support, including their fraud phone number that just sends You back to the website to start the circle of clicking again or play a recording. Yeah, play me some Metallica. It’s more useful than all your pre-arranged robot responses that don’t help. Been using this junk for 15 years and bout to cut out. Where are they hiding? Customer service is a real need, not an optional frill. UPDATE: Disputed with credit card company who had it PERSONALLY addressed in 3 minutes, after failed attempts with eBay. Happy buying!

·3 years agoSince eBay allows you to report the seller ("They do not intend to complete the sale") for using the wrong cancellation reason (as per their reply to your feedback), you could do that.
Here's the long read. >> Report an issue with a seller | eBay

·3 years ago"Disputed with credit card company"...not sure but I don't think they refunded you immediately. Just so you know. Usually take 2 weeks.
And if you did any other disputes within a monthly billing cycle of same credit card with companies such as Amazon, Doordash, Uber and so on...credit card banking will do usually only one dispute as a courtesy in a monthly cycle.
Seller might have read some of your previous feedbacks left and decided to cancel the sale.

·3 years agoOnce a transaction is canceled it can’t be reversed. Your refund is NOT instant it may take up to 3 weeks depending on your payment method.
So you opened a dispute with your credit card ? You can’t be refunded twice for the same transaction.
