You are in Africa. If you ordered something from another country, it will take time to reach you. Have you checked the tracking on it?
Right now, mail service in the United States is having problems with slow deliveries. If you ordered your item from the United States and it was sent through the mail, the package could be delayed even further because of those problems.
If you could give us more information about when you ordered, how it was sent (the carrier), the country it was ordered from, etc. we might be able to give you more advice.
