FRAUDULENT EBAY SELLER

I bought a beverage coaster set. I never received the package so at this point, the seller has $12.86 of my money and my package "supposedly" was delivered to a different address on a different road. No one at the USPS would help and no one with my card that I paid with, would help. Governor Shapiros office did NOT help. So I am assuming its OK to take someone elses money, send the item to a totally different road and its OK through eBay. My money was taken from me and I DONT have the product.

I don't see why it's "theft".

Here's a thought.

Scott got your parcel.

Heaven knows where Scott's parcel went.

Scott is probably also upset.

Go to Scott's house, introduce yourself, and explain the problem.

Now.

It's likely that having received your coasters, Scott opened an Not As Described dispute, since he ordered tire rims or a tee shirt or his favourite rose oil perfume.

Did he open an NAD? Has the seller sent a Return Shipping Label? Has Scott returned the coasters?

The seller may or may not be willing to admit he did something dumb. But perhaps we can untangle this.

You may need a trained eBay rep on this.

Those are NOT the phone reps. You need expertise and not a script reader.

The phone reps have a terrible reputation for getting you off the phone as soon as possible even if that means giving you the advice you want to hear instead of the advice you need to have.

Note: that thiSUnderstood about the payment hold for new sellers, but it's hard for me know what the seller doesn't know ...S s was a Fed Ex claim, but USPS & UPS were included in the reply. All of the info you need is in it.

I finally got a photo of the package , the package has my tracking number on it but another roads address nearby with someone elseâ€™s name

So the seller (accidentally or on purpose) gave you the tracking number for someone else's package.

What is at that address? A house? An empty lot? A shop?

If no one would help you at USPS how do you know it was delivered to a different address? Maybe it was delivered and nabbed by a mailbox bandit or a porch pirate?

At the post office, the photo of the package shows another road and another person's name on its label.

I bothered the post master so much regarding this he sent that photo to me. To show it wasnâ€™t USPS fault it was the seller s fault. If he would have sent that to me right away I wouldâ€™ve said things differently from the start I figured the only way I would start getting help was to keep on emailing and calling and it did work I finally got proof it was the sellers fault not usos

Request USPS to do a GPS for the delivery location, request a written statement from USPS stating that it was not delivered to your address.

The post master told me that the driver did that, but I walked to my mailbox immediately after getting the USPS tracking information that it was delivered to my mailbox and my mailbox and my porch were empty. Someone is lying to me I donâ€™t have my coaster set and I am out $12.86 and that is theft.

When tracking shows Delivered but the postmaster reveals that it was delivered to another address @bowmanfamily click RETURN THIS ITEM to start a Return Request.

eBay has use cases @bowmanfamily where a return is appropriate

Same thing happened to me. USPS never got back to me, as they said they would, and the package showed up a week later. Hmmmmm...
