You are located in India, but bought from a U.K. based seller. While it is unfortunate, that the item arrived in India while you were in the hospital, neither the seller or ebay was responsible for the Indian customs service returning the item back to the seller because you could not pay the customs fees that were due.
Depending on how long ago the package was returned to the seller. Your seller may not have received it yet. Items returned because they are not picked up or fees were not paid, are not sent back using the expedited, or standard shipping method you paid for when buying the item. They are returned by the lowest cost international shipping method available without tracking in most cases.
As for the item not being delivered within the Estimated delivery time frame, you have to keep in mind, the time frame shown, is Estimated, not an exact delivery date. Also that international shipping, even using a more expensive shipping method does not guarantee that there will not be delays the seller has no control over, such as a country's customs service being slow to process incoming packages once it arrives in the country.
All you can do at this point would be to make the seller aware that the package is on its way back, and chances are once it is received, they will refund the purchase price.
Congratulations, on the birth of your child.

·2 years agoUnfortunately, packages returned to sender because the buyer failed to pay customs fees are not eligible for the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
A decent seller, if they have the item back in hand, will refund the buyer item cost less shipping/fees. As an experienced seller, that's what I do in that situation.
Congrats on the new baby - hope you and baby are both doing well.
