Fraud by the seller

Question

Hello, I was scammed by the seller. I paid for three items, but he only sent me one. I couldn't report it because no items from my recent eBay activity were found since I bought the item five years ago, and the seller deleted his eBay account.

Sorry to hear you were scammed. You are given 30 days and that's it. There is nothing more you can do. The lesson learned here is don't wait this long to file a case. If you are missing part of your order from a seller report it to Ebay immediately. Do not wait.

Might have been a solid plan to have checked that ~5 years ago. It is a solid plan to confirm what you receive before the Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days from the date you receive the purchase.
