You apparently are claiming that a seller with a 100% feedback rating not only purchased 3 items from theirown store with your money … and also had them shipped to someone else’s address.
And yet, for some reason, you left the seller positive feedback for the 3 items.
I didn’t leave ANY feedback…the seller/Ebay would not allow any feedback. If I had been given the opportunity, it would NOT have been positive and the thief would have been exposed…show me where feedback was left!!
Something must have kicked in between posting the 2nd and 3rd feedbacks (or the 1st and 2nd) … which might explain the absence of memory for leaving it. Very curious. 🤔

@smrt94
You can see the positive feedback you left the seller in the Left for others section in your feedback profile.
I did not leave feedback. If you see it, please copy and post on here. Also, talked with UPS today and they confirmed that the mailing address was changed by the sender. So, the 3 items that I did not bid on, but got charged to my account we’re actually mailed to an address that is NOT on my EBay account.

@smrt94 Do you know where to look for the feedback you left?
I told you where to look (the’Left for others’ section of your Feedback profile) … and two posters have already ‘copied and pasted’ the 3 feedbacks you left (See Messages #15 and #20).
[When you read the 3rd feedback … you’ll understand my ‘kicked in’ comment.] 😉

This is not intuitive @house*of*paws because you're explaining this as if the buyer is on the classic feedback page. Don't forget eBay defaults users to the newer feedback page which does not include the feedback left for others tab. Gonna be hell when eBay makes the change permanent so if you want eBay to keep it (as most of us do) then speak up now and make a fuss.
Hi @smrt94 - if you're on the website, not the app, look for the link to switch to the classic feedback page. Another option is you can click on the feedback number by your ID on your above post as that will take you to the classic feedback page. Then switch to the feedback left for others tab.
Something does seem pretty sketch about the seller's feedback. Lots of "sets of 3" feedback, lots of the same comments from different buyers, lots of crazy misspellings. I'm seeing a pattern.
I'll reiterate what I said yesterday @smrt94 which is if you believe your account was hacked and somebody made the purchases on your account, then you need to review the help page link I provided and tighten up your security. Report to eBay, enable 2 factor authentication log in, change your eBay and email password, etc.
Are you sure somebody else didn't have access to your account like a roommate or a kid or something? They could have made the purchase, and chosen a lousy seller that used the fake tracking scam.
If the items were shipped to an address that wasn't yours and the carrier provided documentation then you need to give that documentation to eBay customer service so they can assist you.
THANK YOU for that reminder @wastingtime101 ! 😊 I wasn't thinking that there's more than one way to viewfeedback. Duh! LOL I do know that I can't always access someone's feedback profilefrom my phone. I had to be on my pc to read the seller's actually.
The seller's profile is pristine ... 100% with no revisions. There's some other explanation for what's happening. I doubt that 3 positive feedbacks would have been left if 3 items hadn't been delivered ... so the 'false tracking scam' seems unlikely. It seems to me like there's an innocent explanation just waiting to be realized.
Thank you again. Seller has refunded money on one...waiting for refund on the other two. Have implemented your suggestions. I do like EBay, been around for 21 years, don't want to go away mad...ðŸ‘😟
Thank you for your remarks. With some perseverance and your suggestions, I was able to get my money refunded from EBay. I think this “shop†has been closed down. Thank you again.
That seller has 100% positive feedback and the three purchases with shipping and sales tax was less than $60. Why did you leave positive feedback about getting it quickly and just what you needed but then accuse them of scamming you on the feedback they left you?? On the Mentor board your complaint was the items went to another address and the delivery picture showed plastic junk and you didn't buy plastic junk.
This story isn't adding up but guess it doesn't matter anyway if you went to PayPal and your bank to do a chargeback that takes Ebay out of the picture anyway.
Referring back to the feedback you've left recently for several sellers, you've stated that you have evidently received merchandise from several sellers from whom you've not actually ordered.
Can you return here and enlarge on those statements?

You leave this in a reply to the feedback the seller gave you:
I DID NOT ORDER THIS. THIS SELLER IS A CROOK. THEY HAVE STOLEN FROM ME. I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO EBAY.
Then you leave the seller this feedback:
Exactly what I needed, and it arrived early

·8 months agoBased on your feedback, you're claiming purchases were made on your account without your permission, and you think the seller did it?
It's confusing because you left the seller positive feedback, then left conflicting replies to the feedback the seller left for you.
If you believe your account was hacked you should review this page:
