Finding this page on eBay
Navigating a website that no longer has a resolution center and caters to sellers is frustrating. I very much love to shop and window shop on the site but trying to solve buyer issues....there is not enough information /transparentcy/ect. I wish eBay was more user friendly

The reply by kathiec and the link she provided is the way to go for most ebay issues. If you do not receive an item within a few days of its last estimated delivery date, you can file an Item Not Received (INR) dispute from the More actions menu on your purchase history page. If the item was not as described, the wrong item, or missing parts or pieces you use the More actions button and select the appropriate option. Once you file the dispute will show up on your My ebay summary page and messages concerning the dispute should appear there. Do not take any actions suggested by the seller if it is sent through regular ebay messages.
If your item had tracking that shows a Delivered scan, but you did not receive it, that is a situation that the automated Money Back Guarantee (MBG) system cannot handle. If this is what happened tell us that, to get the info you need to deal with it.

·3 years agoIf anything eBay caters to buyers. And the functions of the old resolution center are still exactly the same. Now they're just launched from your purchase history rather than having to go to a separate resolution center. You can find a link to the current Money Back Guarantee linked at the top of every listing.
