Is it possible for a buyer to make a feedback revision request?

Or is there another method for a buyer to revise feedback?

Short of getting a revision request sent from the seller, another option is to "follow up" the feedback that you already posted to explain why you may now be happy.

If the seller is asking you to revise the feedback so that they can resolve the situation..................... don't do that as they will most likely not follow through with a resolution.

In this case, I don't think I'd revise the feedback. I suspect the seller in China is dropshipping (from US) and based on the history and other feedbacks, it looks like the feedback (and fib about why you didn't get it) may be deserved.

The seller must send the buyer the request.
