Feedback Left, Now Deleted
I recently left neutral feedback for a seller, explaining that the items sent did not match the specifications in the listing - but might be usable anyway. Later I was looking at this seller's feedback, and see that mine is now gone. I did not delete or change it, nor receive any notice it was being deleted.
Why was it removed?

·1 week agoMaybe there was a return started? Any sort of "case" that comes up will wipe any feedback left regardless of what it was about. If you posted the feedback, then requested a return - even if you didnt fully go through with the return - it will wipe any feedback left.

Sometimes it is pre-sorted by most "relevant" .

OP1 week agoI said that the item shipped did not match the specifications posted - it was a carburetor part, and one dimension was different. I noted it might work despite that, which was why it was neutral - not negative.

OP1 week agoNo case. The seller offered to take it back, but it was an inexpensive part and not worth returning. Still, the feedback was accurate and fair - I see no reason for it being deleted.
