Feedback left for seller not showing up?

Left negative feedback for a seller and was refunded by ebay for the transaction. Feedback cannot be found. Any idea what happened?

You didn't give us much to go on so these are possibilities.

If the seller agreed to the return and refund you can't leave feedback
If you mentioned that ebay had to step in or terminology that referred to a case or claim, feedback is removed.
If you used inappropriate language, ebay will often remove it

DISHONEST Seller sent an invoice ILLEGALLY IMPOSING A SHIPPING FEE in violation of eBay Policies & Consumer Protection Laws! I won several auction items with FREE shipping & seller invoiced me a $9 shipping fee. I contacted the seller and he won't even answer back. Seller has restricted me from bidding on his items,,, OK, but I still have bid on items on which I am winning, but seller has all items as paid restricting me from paying for any future won items. DISHONEST -
