faulty printer
i bought a dtf printer in april, it arrived in may, broke down in july, and all the seller did was put me to a skype chat to ask engineers for help, i have been asking for a refund since july, now the seller is no longer on ebay and i can't get to speak to an agent as the purchase is more than 90 days ago, what do i do now?

Since you didn’t use eBays Money back guarantee and let it expire your only option is to file a chargeback through PayPal if that is how you paid, you have 180 days from date of delivery to do so. However time may have run out there as well.
If you paid with a credit card you can try to file a chargeback through them, but again it may be too late.
