Falsified shipping by using label not bought from ebay
I bought a new computer was supposed to be delivered yesterday. The seller bought labels shipping labels not through eBay. Furthermore, this was a new computer one item there are seven tracking numbers associate. UPS won’t identify where they sent these the local address so shipping number that he gave me the seller and to eBay falsify how do I prove this to eBay? They’re impossible to work with they don’t understand plain English as English is not their primary language when I finally do get passed Alba set up by there. BOT’s

·5 months agoHere is what you do if the tracking states delivered and only if it states delivered and you received nothing then contact your payment source it's a scam. Ebay customer service only goes by what tracking says. If tracking says delivered then that's as far as they can go.

Sellers do not have to buy their shipping labels from eBay, so that means nothing.
What do the tracking numbers show? Do the tracking numbers show those packages were delivered?

OP5 months agoThe tr@cking number shows deliver contacted UPS and they won’t provide address. UPS says this Used to protect privacy,
EBay will only allow claim that allowed a message to seller. This item shows backed by eBay as isfaction guarente but since item shows delivered they cannot do more. The seller gave 7 additional tracking numbers tom UPS but UPS says for me to contact seller. eBay does not have View to the other six tracking numbers,
Item was paid for 150.00 on eBay gift card remaining 93.00 by debit card. ( bank is another store but cannot be helpful. Debit card charges are not reversible only in cases of fraud. )
Seller does not respond.
