Fake shoe
I purchased fake Jordan shoes for my little sister and spotted the errors on the shoe after I had already made the purchase. She has a pair in a different color and there are many standouts of this being the fake version. Ebay has a strict policy but these sellers are all making sales. How can I report the seller and get my money back? There are many sellers on EBay listing these fake Jordans for $80 and they have not been flagged

The way to get a refund is spelled out in the link in the first reply. You should already know how the Money Back Guarantee works, because you are a seller your self. Reporting the listing will not help because those reports now seem to all be decided by A.I. that may not be programmed to look at photos to determine if items are fake or not.
I think I know which seller you bought the shoes from. the one with (20) feedback. I opened the listing and there were several indications of the seller being a scammer. The given item location is an invalid one, and does not match the shipping info saying the item would come from outside the U.S..
The Item specifics missing all sorts of information that should be there. No Brand or MFR. name, style/model number. Another red flag is the conflicting info concerning who will pay the customs fees.
If A.I. were to look at a report, you would probably have to point out the conflicting info, but otherwise the photos are of a legitimate pair of shoes. The listing stated sizes from 5.5 - 11, but didn't you notice that there was no option to select the size of shoe you were going to order?
Once you receive the shoes you can leave appropriate feedback, however if you file a not as described dispute and the seller complies with the MBG policy for refunds, it will qualify for removal.

·5 months agoSince you apparently did not know about the Money Back Guarantee, may I suggest that you take a little time now to read it? eBay offers protection to buyers in case something goes wrong, but the buyer needs to read the MBG, understand it and use it in a timely fashion.
