Fake Import Health and Beauty
Well I feel eBay will soon be the place to avoid when buying vitamins and herbal supplements because of the platform allowing Chinese and other countries to flood the market with inferior products, and they seemingly facilitate this seller fraud I did say seemingly as my recent purchases have been manipulated from normal procedures,at first scam I purchased a product based on information and ads from another app that I purchased Chinese products unknowingly as I learned the truth about these products I thought eBay would be a safer place to buy the products I was interested in made in USA versions, but to my amazement EBay had changed some of their format information such as a country of origin the country of origin for the seller the withdrawal of information that I collected in my watch list after I bought a product it was though eBay was pushing against me to obtain the information that I wanted to for a confident purchase, most recently I purchased a product that had all the label photographs made in the USA and I looked up the seller and it was USA and then after I purchased it seemed to take a long time in shipping I pulled it up on purchases looked at tracking it had tracking from facility to facility to facility etc but never said which facility or where are the facility was just through about five facilities, I clicked more actions and then look at original ad, the old ad started to boot with the pictures the five or six pictures below it then suddenly those pictures went away and all there was is the picture of the bottle also with a little message in the top left saying this is an item you've already purchased so I closed all that out and went to my watchlist pulled it up and it displayed the same thing that was showing me in under my purchases just a picture of the bottle with you've already purchased this item none of the description details or photos from the original ad and I've also noticed eBay would remove items that I purchased from my watchlist especially if there was some sort of conflict of details, I don't like this action if I have a question about the original ad details of a how many how much how big how long I want to refer back to that ad on my watch list not a modified one, so I scroll down to the seller not the first one because it's similar items seller in the USA you have to keep going down click on that other seller and then you have to click on that seller again to get any information about that seller and of course it was China not USA okay then I tried to find another a similar product with the same ad that I thought I had researched and found it took me about 40 ads of that product to find an ad that match the one that I purchased that said USA on the bottle what a crock I don't think that the sellers got the capability to get into the software and do all the manipulating that it took to scam me, it wasn't a mistake it's before during and after and it's happened to me before, anybody experience that

Your one large paragraph was very difficult to read but what little I could gather from it looks like you are not happy with some supplements you bought on eBay.
There is no way, with the millions of sellers on eBay, that eBay can verify that a seller ships what they say they have or show in a photo, or if it is real or not, or anything else. It is up to the buyer to carefully vet the seller, read the feedback, etc. And it isn't just eBay, it's Amazon and many of the other online sites.
With that said, in this day and age, there is no way I would buy anything that I ingest from eBay or Amazon. I understand wanting to save money but usually if "these sellers" are selling at cut-rate prices, there is a reason for it.

·9 months agoDon't know about the rest of the members here, but I found it impossible to read your one giant paragraph so not sure what the issue is, so all I have to say is that all buyers need to vet their sellers carefully and that all eBay buyers have the Money Back Guarantee when something goes wrong with a transaction. Best of luck.

·9 months agoWhich is why it is very important to do research first about where your item is coming from. Remember Ebay is not an expert in fakes or counterfeits. They rely on you to be the expert. I buy my vitamins and supplements locally. I never use Ebay for that sort of stuff.

It's everywhere man eBay at least lets you filter results to only show stuff that's located in the USA which is more than I can say for pretty much every other website definitely for all the other big names in marketplace sites it sucks but it's just everywhere now and yeah even eBay has made it slightly harder to get to the page where it shows you which country a user was registered in good news is you can still get there though all you have to do is look for the link that says See all feedback that one is near the bottom so scroll down to find it or there's another one sometimes that says Switch back to classic view and that one is always on the top right either one of those will get you back to the good page with the more useful format and then on listing pages it gives an estimate of how long it will take the item to ship to you so check that and also click right above that where it says See details and look in the pop up how long the seller has put for their handling time if that's super long then that's usually a red flag and you should buy from someone else also watch out for the listings that have a star rating for the item since those have multiple different sellers on them and can be hit or miss if you're not careful and don't really look at everything closely good luck
