I purchased a designer handbag which was paid for on Thursday, July 13, 2023. I received tracking information on Friday morning, along with a tracking number reflecting a post office in New Jersey was in receipt of the item, and the expected delivery date was July 17, 2023.
However, the item neither arrived, and in fact, has not moved from the New Jersey post office since its receipt on Friday, July 14th. As a result, I called the post office who advised that this tracking number isn’t even coming to my state - It’s going to Nevada… HUH??? And remember, it STILL hasn’t moved since FRIDAY!
I then go back to the eBay app, and find yet another tracking number for this purchase. This time reflecting that a label has been printed, but the item has NOT actually shipped, and the post office has confirmed it is NOT in receipt.
I contact the seller who advises that the item was shipped to the authenticator, and would be sent to me from them. HOWEVER, neither of the tracking numbers provided indicate that the item has reached anyone, AND one tracking number shows only that a label was printed, but nothing since then. I’m incredibly concerned and the thought of possibly losing over $2,000 is quite disconcerting! Has anyone had this experience? |
