Extended time for shipping
I, recently, did a buy it now order from a seller. Nowhere in the ad, did I see any notes that the seller was away until the first week of May. I paid, on the date on purchase, March 25th. After there was no shipping updates on a week, I checked the purchase. Now, there is a note the seller is away. This exceeds the 30 day allowance for shipping and I am considering it excessive. I have contacted the seller twice since then but no reply. EBay's customer service doesn't have any options to address this, that I can find. I asked to cancel the order (of course the seller has numerous bad reviews). Can I do anything else, before the 30 day wait?

·2 years agoYour estimated delivery date is shown on your purchase. What date does it show?
Once that date passes you can file an item not received claim.
