Excessive delivery time
Help! I bought an item with free shipping but without noticing the delivery date which is 3 months. It's coming from China and it's been 10 days and still not shipped. No response from seller. What can I do?

OP3 years agoFollow up: When I checked the seller's 100% feedback rating it revealed that he had 11 sales but 0 feedback, meaning nobody else had received their items either. I contacted eBay customer service and after they did an investigation they shut down the account and refunded all our money. Thank you eBay!

·3 years agoJust because they've sold items, but no feedback, doesn't mean the buyers didn't get their items.
I've seen sellers that's sold hundreds of items, but no feedback, and that just means buyers don't leave any feedback.
