Evri delivered but actually not
Hello, I bought an item from ebay uk that was sent by Evri to ebay hub. The status changed to delivered on saturday but on sunday I got new status saying that my item is at the delivery depot and they will inform me when it will be out of delivery. Should I worried? I have heard many bad things about evri. Also they did not send e mail on saturday that it was out for delivery, I only got email when the status changed to delivered. Now the tracking shows that out of delivery and delivered is not marked. Do you know what is going on? Thanks

·2 years agoGenerally I've found Evri to be a reliable shipper. Though like others they do get their scans mixed up sometimes. Which usually sort themselves out in a day or two.

OP2 years agoI just hope it is system error but it is still not out for delivery so I am worried 😞

It looks like I misread your post. The first message from Evri, said delivered to the hub, The second one says it was received at Evri's facility and will be updated when it is sent to the hub.
Our problem in trying to help you is, that Evri is not a shipping service used in the U.S.. It appears to be a U.K. based shipper. It would be best of you repost your message on the U.K. site's community by logging into the U.K. site www.ebay.co.uk

I also want to ask about my ebay USA purchase if you don’t mind because I can see you know a lot about this stuff 🙂 The item was supposed to be delivered to Glendale Heights ebay hub but yesterday I got status that it is available for pick up at the post office Carol Stream. Who will pick it up? Ebay or will they deliver it to the hub? Thank you

There is nothing wrong with the tracking updates. The item was delivered to ebay's international shipping program (ISP) hub, in the U.K. and is marked as received. It will not update again until enough packages to fill a small air cargo container destined for Poland to be received. Then you will get a new set of notifications that the item is on its way to Poland, and once it has cleared customs, it will start updating again with local tracking.
Go to your purchase history and look for the last estimated delivery date in the Order Details, you cannot file an item not received dispute through ebay, until that date has passed. read the terms and time frames for using ebay's Money Back Guarantee, in the link below.

Just so you know, You have posted your issue on ebay's U.S. based site ( ebay.com ) you should have posted your issue on either their U.K. or Poland based site's community ( ebay.co.uk ) Or

OP2 years agoI am sorry, I thought I was at ebay uk site. Thank you for your answer but how do you know it was delivered at the hub? My ebay tracking shows that they still do not have it. I was buying previously on ebay uk and everytime when the item was delivered to ebay hub, the ebay tracking changed and it was shown that they are processing the item. I am really worried.
