Sorry ... but that's not the way eBay works. What you need to do is an Advanced Search for 'elf on a shelf'. You'll be shown a list of items that matches your search. You then look through the items and choose the one you want to buy. Take your time and choose carefully. You'll be expected to pay for the one you commit to buy.
BTW, getting the 'best deal' is not necessarily the lowest price. The physical location of the seller ... as well as the seller's selling history (shown in their feedback profile) ... are also important factors.
