Do not buy from this seller since they are crooks, the offer a low cost out of Walmart,
but never actually shipped, they just send a message without any tracking or notification...and once you complain, they ship to a faulty address and claim with that tracking they shipped but the OIL never actually gets to you,, they barely respond , do not reimburse any keep the money without making sure you get what they offered...It is terrible that Ebay lets these scammers stay on their site ripping people off....BEWARE they do not deliver!

The seller's username will be removed from this post because it is against ebay's policy to name and shame members on the community boards.
Had you checked the seller's feedback profile page before buying from them you could have avoided the issue. They have several neutral and negative feedback from others who did not receive their items. Since you are a very occasional buyer on ebay you need to learn how to view a seller's feedback profile page.

On an item's listing page in the upper right under the seller's username and feedback number you will see 3 buttons any text in a blue font or that is underlined, is a link button.
Clicking on their percentage of positives is one way to get to their profile the other is further down the listing page where you see the seller's username in a large font. Under it will be a few comments, and under that a ( See All Feedback) button. Click on it. On the page that opens you will see the following line above some comments.
Click on the switch back to classic view. In the upper left is the seller's country or registry, and below that is a box with the number's of neutral and negative feedback a seller has received. those numbers can be clicked on to read only those comments and the seller's replies if any. Under the box are buttons to see All feedback, As a buyer / Seller /Left for others. You want to see their selling feedback, because a seller can have a fair number of feedback and even a 100% rating but all for buying at least in the last year. Sellers who have no selling feedback or have received none in over a year often run into problems so you should avoid buying from them, until you have more experience.
When you click on the As a seller button just above the first comments on the right is a box w/ [Most Relevant v ] click on that to see their [Most Recent] feedback.
When clicking on the numbers of neutral or negative feedback add the number of neutral comments that should be negative ones to the number of negatives and recalculate their percentage your self. Neutrals do not count against a seller's percentage.
The seller used a fake tracking number to ship something to you. It was marked as delivered some place in your country which will negate the possibility of getting a refund. There are ways outside of the normal ebay process to get a refund, but since you are located in Honduras, we cannot tell you how to go about getting the information you need to prove you were scammed.
If you have items sent to a freight forwarder in the U.S. all the seller has to do is provide tracking that shows delivered to someplace in the forwarder's zip code.

·6 months agoNo one knows that seller here, there are millions of us on this site but very few in the forums. Did you open an item-not-received case? Buyers are well protected in this case.

Could be that fake tracking scam.
