Over here we have Nectar points which is a pale shadow of what eBay Bucks was.
But over the last few months there have been numerous problems with Nectar unlinking and not re-linking, and being unable to create vouchers. So I wouldn't be surprised if this was on it's way out as well.
eBay Bucks is effectively gone. It was a slow and painful death.
eBay Bucks went From: ≠2% of all purchase, plus the occasion 5% offers ≠Down to 1% plus occasional offers ≠Down to ½% plus occasional offers ≠Down to 0% and only occasional offers ≠Completely GONE: 0% and No occasional offers.
For me it has been at least 9 months since there were any Occasional eBay Bucks offers.
IMHO when they went from 2% down to 1%, the entire program was on an End Of Life plan, but eBay was taking the Band-Aid of slowly over a few years.
