eBay won’t allow me to bid period
Anyone understand why I buy I bid I sell I have 100 percent reviews I have banking information and secondary payment information on file and every time I try to bid eBay won’t allow . They say I have to put in payment information so I do so and it doesn’t accept keeps saying add payment info ????

If you are required to provide a payment source in order to bid or make an offer in order to proceed, your payment options are limited. I don't know which one you used, but you cannot choose Google Pay, Apple Pay, Spendable Funds, PayPal Credit, PayPal Pay in 4, some prepaid cards, etc.

Buyer Rules:
*Require buyers to provide a payment method before they place a bid.
*Require buyers to provide a payment method before they make an offer.
eBay will not just pick something you have on file, you have to fill out the form with something for which they approve. I would contact customer service to see what is wrong with the method you are imputing into the form.
Since this program was started, it is not very popular with buyers. Many sellers have turned it off, but it will not help you when dealing with a seller that retains the preferences listed above unless you find a suitable payment option or eBay fixes the problem for you.
