eBay website malfunctions by inserting different city based on zip code entry | Buying

This is a buyers complaint. I've read there is such a place but can't find it on this crap ebay site so your getting it here. I placed an order to an address in Miami FL. i entered the zip code. For reasons I can't explain ebay website changed my destination city from Miami to Doral FL. I didn't catch it because I was using another person's address to send the order to. The order never arrived,. I began at the website where I had proceeded as a guest. I places two different contact seller notices via the website. Two days later I got an irate call that when I answered, stated "Charlotte Taylor". hmm. I didn't know who was calling or what they wanted or if beyond all common sense SHE was asking me for Charlotte Taylor. She stated she was at work like I am suppoed to assume that excused her attitude. The rest of the call from this seller did not get much better. She sent the package USPS and allegedly filed a tracking order at my request but when I wrote after 3 days about the missing package someone, ( her husband it turns out ) was writing me accusing me of harassing his wife. This entire interaction is a text book case in how not to communicate with a customer. Charlotte Taylor's husband who never gave his name turned into a bigger ass the next message telling me to go away they are not going to do anything more to find my package. My next effort was to contact ebay . what a sorry mess this website is for guests with a problem . Turns out ebay doesn't stand behind their Money Returned promise. Even when it is their website that screwed up my order to begin with. So you sellers are wondering what does this have to do with you? the issue is I will never use ebay again. I will tell all the people i know and everyone I can warn online NOT to use ebay. I iwill tell them to ALWAYS US AMAZON. if your happy with that kind of reputation then you deserve what you get in the long run which will be less and less customers over the years.
