You were not double charged.
If you read the chart from the bottom up, you will note that the first line is an authorization for a payment to be made.
The next one is where the funds are to be debited from (your debit card)
Then a currency conversion, from S.A. Rands to U.S. dollars.
The top one is the actual completion of the transfer of 2,478.95 ZAR USD $137.94
If you go to your bank account you should see only 2,478.95 ZAR was taken from the account associated with the debit card.

·10 months agoHey,Appreciate your response. Found myself being charged 4 times for that one item. Filed a complaint with my bank who's busy investigating so thought I'll do some poking of my own to avoid being fed **bleep**. Our local Financial institutions are notorious for pointing fingers and passing blame so low key preparing for a battle.

Im not sure who you are addressing but "you guys" cant usually help.
You should take this to PayPal to check the transaction and get clarification.
eBay and PayPal are 2 separate companies.
