eBay took wrong side ! They did not take time to read conversation

I purchased an item from seller the item color as black but sent red. When I contacted seller they ask for a picture and after I sent the picture I got no response after 22 attempts. I then read their feedback and found I am not the only buyer to have this same problem. When I contacted eBay to step in the seller sent them a delivery notice . eBay told me case closed befor even got open. So after 24 years and 100% positive feedback and multi thousands of dollars I have spent on this platform the first time I ask for help , that was the best they would do , it was the point of matter no communication not the amount spent. Then make things worse eBay removed the location for feedback to were I could not warn others. Very disappointed with ebay

Because you filed the wrong type of dispute and lost it, you cannot leave feedback for the transaction. You should have looked at the seller's feedback profile before buying from them especially since they have a feedback percentage below 98.6%.

You can reply to the feedback they left you and state that they did not send you the right item. Just go to your profile page, scroll to the bottom and click on Reply to received feedback.

After all that, you didn't know to open an Item Not As Described case and not an Item Not Received case?

You did receive something.

After 24 years @clwarters you should already know that when tracking shows that something was delivered, you'll lose an item not received refund request, regardless 22 messages. Actually you only need 10 minutes, the time it takes to read the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

But even after you lose the refund request, eBay allows you to start another request, a WRONG ITEM RECEIVED return request, to get your refund after the wrong item is returned.

Go back to you Purchases, click RETURN THIS ITEM, select that reason, type 2 lines of comments, upload a photo, and CONFIRM. After 3 business days if you still don't have a refund or a prepaid return label, come back to ask eBay to stab in it. Or if you get a label, send the label back to get your refund.

Then buy the saber from another seller.
