Ebay step in option
Can anyone tell where ask ebay to step in option is. i have looked in the more options button as ebay said to do but the option isnt there

You only see that option 4 business days after opening a ‘return request’ or ‘item not received’ dispute. It will appear when it’s time to use it.

Have you filed either an Item Not Received (INR) , or Not As Described (INAD) dispute for a transaction yet? If you have it will appear on your My ebay summary page. If you open it up, and the time for the seller to respond, by issuing a refund for an INR, or sending a return shipping label for an INAD dispute, which should be after 3 days exactly has passed, the button to ask ebay to step in will be in the dispute. eBay may give a seller more time if you filed an INR dispute and they uploaded tracking that shows a shipping agency has the item and it is enroute.
Hopefully the time frames I have given you are correct for eBay's U.K. site (ebay.co.uk). You have posted your question on the U.S. based site (ebay.com) and while most policies are the same, there are some differences.
