Ebay scams with USPS tracking #

I believe this is something Ebay should work on, I recently got scammed by a seller, This is what the seller did, he bought a USPS label, instead off using my address he/'she used an address in my neighborhood, so when the item arrived it shows as delivered on the order details but I did not received anything. Ebay should force a signature request and Insurance if an item is over certain price, USPS on the other hand doesn't give any info on the weight or address , so its easy for a scammer to use that service. Anyways, stay alert people, if this happens to you, don't wait anytime to contact Ebay to get your money back, don't let this scammers keep any of your money!!

None of the 3rd party online shopping sites are allowed access to specific shipping label info, addresses or package type/size/weight, due to the various shipping service's privacy policies. The scammers know that, which is why the scam is so popular.

Read my reply to the link below. It gives info on how to appeal ebay's decision if you have not appealed it already. There should be a link to file an appeal in the message you received saying your dispute was denied. If you filed and lost an appeal, there is a social media option you can use to get a refund, listed in the link.

In checking your feedback profile, I see you buy from some questionable sellers, some of whom are registered in China or drop ship from there. You need to check the feedback profile pages of any seller you intend buy from, and click on the numbers of neutral and negative feedback they have received, to read only those comments.

What needs to be done is update the postal system to show delivery to the exact address and not just the zipcode.

You wouldn't want your exact address to be shown on USPS tracking @kensgiftshop for predicates and denominators to see, would you now?

They do (signature over $750)

Insurance- Who Cares? It's for the SELLER anyway and NEVER for the buyer.

Have an issue with a delivery; contact your local PO ASAP to find out 'where' the carrier 'delivered' the item. UPS/Fedex you can get the GPS coordinates; open a return and after initial denial, 'escalate' and then you can 'show the GPS report'.

This is an old trick, nothing that can be done to stop it but there are things you can do to get it eventually resolved.
