ebay saying my order arrived, didn't order anything

I ordered an item in februrary. It came, liked it. Today, two months later, ebay and USPS say part 2 of my order was delivered to my mailbox. It says it is another item the same, but nothing arrived. Seller doesn't know...she didn't mail anything. Am I being hacked?

Check your mail for the day, you may have received an envelope with the tracking number on it as part of a fake tracking scam directed at someone who lives in your zip code.

It could be a glitch. Seller ships item which tracking says delivered but message about delivery doesn't get sent out until now. Another possibility is seller added tracking number to transaction late so the delivery message comes late.
