Ebay refuses to address an appeal
It is June 2nd, so it has been 5 working days (minus Memorial Day) since I made my appeal on May 25th and nothing has been done!
Here is what Ebay says:

We'll review the details and get back to you within 48 hours.

I WANT A FULL REFUND NOT GET A PARTIAL REFUND! They never sent me a shipping label!!! If they send me a shipping label I can return the item. How do I return the item if they NEVER SENT ME A SHIPPING LABEL!!! I feel they have committed fraud by playing games and convincing me to close the return request.

·3 years agoIf you closed the case, there's nothing else you can do through Ebay.
If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them or contact your credit card.

Sounds like you bought from an overseas seller or dropshipper.
Be careful who you buy from here or any other online venue.

·3 years agoYes; that date is 'a guess depending on the work load' and could be months and that date is simply designed to give you the warm fuzzies. Appeals are SELDOM won. Like picking the lottery numbers.
You closed the return, so whether you were 'convinced' or not makes no difference.

·3 years agoBased on what you've written here you closed your own return case, so you are out of luck on this platform. A buyer only has one opportunity to open a return case. You can try to open a return case using PayPal but again you will only have one opportunity so choose wisely. Best of luck to you....

·3 years agoIf you closed the return eBay wouldn't have to approve your appeal. Policy is that if you close it that opportunity is gone basically. So I'd just be patient and nice hoping for an exception personally

·3 years agoA bit confused... so you opened a Return request (NAD), and the seller hasn't sent you a return shipping label? You can go back to the case and ask eBay to step in after 4 days (receiving a full refund)... that is if you didn't accept the partial refund on your own. Did you? The seller can't force a partial on you in a NAD claim... how was it 'resolved' on the 23rd?
