eBay now using new messaging app? On PCs?
Today I opened up a "contact seller" dialogue to message a seller on my PC. Instead of the standard messaging page, I was taken to a built-in app at the bottom/right corner of the eBay website.
While I'm used to using messaging apps for personal comments and conversations, I have never used any such app in eBay. Furthermore, I found it difficult to proofread because the typing area is small and text scrolls out of site.
Has anyone seen this yet? I want to turn this off, but I searched Google and came up with a big blank.
