·2 years agoSince sellers can only leave positive feedback there's no reason to hide the feedback they leave for you. When buyers make their feedback private it means they don't want other sellers to see unfair feedback they've left for the seller(s).

·2 years agoYep, when a buyer makes an offer and has private feedback, they make my best buddy list. I don't care what their reasoning is for hiding feedback.

·2 years agoThere is hardly any reason to contact eBay to have them solve your problem. You should read the full details in the Money Back Guarantee in the listing.
If you do not receive an item you purchased you have 30 days to find the item in your purchase history and in more actions you let eBay know you didn't receive the item. You can't do that until the estimated delivery date has passed. The seller will have 3 days to prove delivery or refund. If they don't then you return to the case and ask eBay for help.

If the seller has been removed from eBay … which is what a closed store indicates happened … then phone your credit card company and request a chargeback. [It isn’t worth trying to contact eBay at this point.]

·2 years agoThere are two basic reasons for opening a Money Back Guarantee claim
The item was Not Received.
The item is Not As Described.
Not Received is pretty straight forward. If the seller cannot prove delivery (no shipping, delivery) you will be refunded.
You can open the Claim from the original invoice.
If the item is Not As Described, the seller will be required to refund.
You can open the Claim from the original invoice.
The seller can have a No Returns policy, but they cannot have a No Refunds policy.
Normally, the seller would be told to send you Return Shipping, sometimes eBay handles this and sometimes the seller abandons the unwanted item.
When the item is returned, you will be refunded.
Now what is your problem that cannot be handled under the Money Back Guarantee?
The phone reps have a terrible reputation for getting you off the phone as soon as possible even if that means giving you the advice you want to hear instead of the advice you need to have.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.
It helps to write out the problem clearly and without emotion before opening the Chat.
This is not only faster, but helps the clerk.

·2 years agoQuit yelling and back off your caps lock. No one here can give your money back.
Take a minute and post details of your problem here, Such as date ordered and latest estimated delivery date shown to you by eBay when you purchased. That would be in an email eBay sent you.
You can also go to your purchase history and file an item not received case if the latest estimated delivery date has passed by one day.
You can also post the eBay item number here if you care to as members can ascertain quite a bit of information from the listing. Folks here are able to help if you provide details.
If you just want to rant, that is OK as well but won't solve anything.
