eBay Items deleted from Purchase List

I ordered two items (327079818546, Order 327079818546 on 05 Sep from **** and (198498589965, order #27-15102-28555 on 06 Sep from ****. I received conformation items for both items and PayPal has record of the payments.
Both items are now missing from my purchase history and I cannot track the shipments from the confirmation emails.
I sent a message to ****, however thrift books does not accept messages.
How do I get resolution? The eBay methods involve selecting the items from my purchase history or using order numbers but neither are recognized.

·3 weeks agoTypically this happens when you neglect to log into your account and make the purchase as a guest. You can always access the purchases through the confirmation email eBay sent you.

OP3 weeks agoUPDATE - I found the two items listed in the purchase history of a ghost account that eBay created for some unknown reason. I found it by signing out of eBay from my main account and then tracking shipping from the confirmation email. What a crazy system! The items were shipped and expected soon. Thanks to the others that posted about these ghost accounts that eBay creates.
