OP2 years agoIs there another way to ask for help? an ebay person that handled my case marked it as "resolved", how is it resolved when I did not received my refund yet? that is a very poor way of handling, you decided yourself that its resolved, did you ask the affected person? is there some kind of quality control on how things are done? this platform has been in this business for a long time, you should have improved, grown, advanced to the next level and not the other way around.

OP2 years agogood thing I can reply now, the reason I was not able to answer is because there is no way I can post or answer, now that I can, I will answer the post: i forgot to mentioned that I counted business days, that means excluding non working days, obviously. And no, i have not received yet the refund. I am poor so 170 USD is a big amount to me. I have been searching on ebay a different channel/way to contact support/help but I am directed always to a bot-handled communication. The only communication possible is thru mobile phone but I am not residing in USA or Canada which are the only options, I am from Philippines. Can anyone help me how to get my refund, please? I even contacted the seller, have not heard anything. I am beginning to think that I got scammed. I've been an ebay customer for quiet sometime now, this is the first time that I encountered a problem.
