ebay is officially complacent when it comes to bad sellers
Ebay is more supporting of bad sellers than they are of buyers....without BUYERS, there would be no SELLERS.
Not only do they turn a blind eye to bad sellers, they provide zero support to correct the situation.
I encourage EVERYONE that has had a bad experience in EBay to post often!! Here and on your google reviews, they only way they'll step up is if everyone else steps up!!

Ebay has one of the most stringent buyer protection programs on the net. Your mistake that you mistook the sellers shipping time as in two days, for a two day arrival time for your item. It takes a big person to admit when they are wrong, and thats obviously not in your wheelhouse.

I should have added to my last post.
Most people who post negative issues on Google did not read and or follow the terms or time frames of the MBG.
@dryophelia, thanks for the link. I wonder now if the OP misinterpreted will ship within 2 days as them using 2 day shipping, and if they opened the Shipping, Returns & Payments tab to see what shipping method(s) the seller offered.
It is obvious the OP did not check the seller's feedback profile, which isn't a good one for a high volume seller.
Since the OP posted the seller's username, I checked some of their past & current phone sales and saw Free Standard shipping on all of them. Actually the seller's handling time states. "Will usually ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment". which most would take into consideration that the time of day, or the day on which an item sold might affect the 1 day handling.

eBay does not more supportive of sellers over buyers, and as a matter of fact the opposite is quite true. Most issues buyers do not get resolution for, are because they selected the wrong reason for filing a dispute, or have not read the terms and time frames of ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG).
If you care to tell us what problem you had, we may be able to tell you how to get resolution. Do tell us:
When you bought the item,
The last estimated delivery date.
Did you receive the item or not.
If you received it, was it as described?
Did tracking show Delivered but you didn't receive it?
What actions you have taken so far.
Many times we can help when ebay's call/chat center reps cannot.
